The Asistencia Mission in Redlands. I had been wanting to get a shot of this mission for quite some time but every time I was there the conditions just weren't right. I was at home one morning, walked out into the back yard and saw the cloud formations in the sky so I rushed over to the mission and took about 10 or 15 quick shots. This one was the best. Hope you enjoy it.

as you sleep
I've decided to branch out a little and try to be a little more artistic with some of my images. What this is going to require is a lot of trial and error and a bunch of exploration on my part but it's definitely going to be worth it. It'll also allow me to show some older images i would otherwise not show. Like this one. I love the eerie feeling of this image, the hand coming at you like it's going to grab you "as you sleep".

what to do while stuck on the ocean
On my way back from Catalina on a friends boat a few weeks ago, we thought it would be a good idea to take a break to "relieve" ourselves. We slowed down, the boat stalled and the started decided it was time to die. What else would a man armed with a camera do while stuck on open ocean for 5 hours? That's right, take pictures.
